		<description>It is good to finally hear someone say that walking and other low level exercise just deosn&#039;t get the job done. As we get older, strength training becomes more important, not less. It is hardly ever advised to older women to work harder at muscle tone rather than just getting out there and doing something active. This is a myth that needed to be dispelled. Good job. It is not enough just to stay active to keep fit. Weight training and cardio along with a low calorie diet is the only way to go.</description>
